WHAT IS SLITTING?
From a wide reel to a production-ready precision reel.
Once printing and lamination are complete, the packaging film enters the slitting process to be converted to its final-use dimensions.
Reel width, winding direction, edge quality and reel tension are controlled according to the customer’s automatic packaging machine and production parameters.
