We manage quality throughout production, not only at the final stage.
Quality in flexible packaging production is not limited to the appearance of the final product. Material structure, print accuracy, lamination performance, dimensions, winding and functional performance must be evaluated together.
Critical control points are therefore established throughout production, and process results are reviewed against product specifications.
The aim is to ensure a consistent appearance, correct technical structure and reliable production performance in every package delivered to the customer.

Layer Compatibility
The laminated surface, layer adhesion and suitability for subsequent production stages are inspected.
04 / SLITTING
Dimensions & Winding
Reel width, edge quality and winding structure are evaluated for compatibility with the customer’s production line.
05 / FINAL PRODUCT
Function Check
Packaging format, visual integrity and relevant project-specific functional features undergo final inspection.
06 / SHIPMENT
Final Approval
As products are prepared for shipment, they are reviewed one final time against order and production information.
